The nurturing of a career is an endeavour that all too often gets left out, or treated as an afterthought that is tended to after all the other obligations are fulfilled. The UBC Faculty of Medicine is looking to change that.
Different programs and services are offered that can enhance clinical faculty skills in teaching and learning, assessment and evaluation, leadership and educational research.

CTLT’s personnel have worked to enhance the teaching skills of faculty and graduate students at UBC, designing and coordinating workshops, support services, and professional development programs to meet a wide range of needs and interests.
