The Faculty of Graduate Studies works in conjunction with Departments, Schools and other Faculties to coordinate and maintain the quality of all master’s and doctoral programs at The University of British Columbia. Among its functions are determining or verifying the admissibility of students applying for graduate programs, and assisting Departments and other units with recruitment of new graduate students.
